We heard you and we are changing!

Thank you for your incredible feedback around the Silicon Valley JobPounce event.

We received numerous pieces of feedback regarding the event and here are some of the common themes that came out of it:
1) I need a personalized workshop that provides specific guidance for my job search rather than a conference environment
2) I would like to understand which industries can I apply my skills towards before meeting any recruiters
3) I need more tangible output – maybe a polished resume, an elevator speech….specific skills that I can put to use immediately
4) I cannot attend for the whole day, I can only attend for half a day
5) I would like to attend but cannot make it to the event on that day (i.e., can you please host a virtual event?)

Based on the above feedback, we would like to make some changes to the June 13th event.

a) We will have a series of JobPounce bootcamp sessions with 10 participants each for highly personalized attention; June 13th session will be the first in this series.
b) Each event will be for a little over 3 hours and will be conducted by 1 or 2 CareerTiger advisors
c) We will organize virtual sessions for those participants that cannot make it to the Bay Area

We are already reaching out to all registrants and enrolling them for the June and July sessions.
