Speaking of processes, who do you know that talks about &#039;the job-search process&#039;?   No one.  And then people get depressed and wonder why they can&#039;t find a job.  There is little self-reflection and a lot of focus on re-re-revising your resume and spending your time behind job-boards.</description>
