JobPounce Update

This week is another big week for us in our ongoing journey to help you realize your career goals; the immediate one being getting your next job.

We are rolling out the 1.0 version of JobPounce to everyone starting immediately.

This version now includes a couple of updates:

1. A completely new topic that goes over how to setup an online profile to enhance your job search – here you can learn how to use a ‘hub and spoke’ model to get recruiters’ attention to your profile. Which means in addition to your personal outreach efforts, your online profile will continue to work for you…24x7x365
2. Revamped tools – most of our earlier participants had used Word and Excel templates for completing their exercises and also for their homework. We are now changing those to a completely online set of tools that will become your ongoing ‘work area’. This will also help you to continue collaborating with our career advisors.
3. More focus, less participants – we realized that when we have less number of participants, the amount of attention and interaction increases manifold. we realized that when we have less number of participants, the amount of attention and interaction increases manifold. While this findng is not rocket science , we would like to implement those improvements – we are planning to limit each session to only 5 participants (instead of 10). Which means your experience will be even more richer and even more personal.

These changes come with a cost. The registration fee for JobPounce will change from $99 to $247. We realize this is a pretty significant change, however if you look at the benefits and advantages of the session, it is still a ridiculously low price.
