Q. What does CareerTiger provide?
A. CareerTiger helps you to find your next job through a unique and unconventional approach:
- JobPounce is a training program that teaches you this approach in person or virtually over the Web
- CareerTiger Network is an online forum where mentors are available to provide additional coaching throughout your job search and also provide helpful tips and leads
Q. So, will you be searching for a job for me?
A. We provide you the training and tools necessary for identifying opportunities, interviewing and negotiating. And then we will provide ongoing coaching through the CareerTiger Network. However, ultimately you will have to put in the effort to do your homework, show up for the interview and sign the employment offer 
Q. What kind of professionals can get help?
A. We primarily help white collared professionals based in the US that have a minimum of college graduation and have some level of experience. We have recently helped new graduates that have very limited experience as well.

Q. Can you guarantee a job?
A. Our clients come to us with varied experience, expectations and constraints. We cannot guarantee a job. What we can guarantee however, is that you will be able to increase the number of conversations you will have with potential employers. Those conversations would lead to interviews and employment.
Q. How long will it take for me to find a job after a JobPounce session?
A. It may take anywhere between 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your target market, skills, experience and constraints.
Q. How will my job search be different after JobPounce?
A. Based on the feedback we have received from past participants, job search after a JobPounce session is a completely different experience on many levels:
- You will be laser focused on a set of target companies – your ‘hot list’
- You will be able to use tools that help to identify employment opportunities that have been published or not been published
- You will able to communicate your experience to the right people and in the right context.
- You will directly communicate with your target employers
- You will have superior interviewing skills that will differentiate you from the competition
Q. Is there a subscription fee to join the CareerTiger Network?
A. The Network is free for JobPounce attendees. For those that would like to directly join the network for coaching, there is a small monthly subscription fee that will be rolled out. Subscribe to email updates and our Twitter stream to be one of the first to know about this rollout.
Q. Have your clients been successful?
A. We have enjoyed a very high success rate primarily due to the fact that our clients use the JobPounce approach which is much more effective than mass mailing resumes or responding to postings on Monster.
Q. What is the purpose behind CareerTiger?
A. As mentioned in the About section, our purpose is to genuinely help people that have been affected by this downturn by providing them an innovative approach to find employment.
