Constructive criticism is good and in fact, welcome.
Confidence Matters
The destructive one on the other hand can rob you of your most prized posession – your confidence….your ability to stand your ground when the people around you do not believe in you. Buy you do believe in yourself, stand tall and deliver. (Hat tip: Seth Godin)
