The last thing you want during your job search is destructive criticism.
Constructive criticism is good and in fact, welcome.
Confidence Matters
The destructive one on the other hand can rob you of your most prized posession – your confidence….your ability to stand your ground when the people around you do not believe in you. Buy you do believe in yourself, stand tall and deliver. (Hat tip: Seth Godin)
That is an essential quality required during your job search process.
