Some more additions:
Revenue Relevance - a) help with your potential employer to manager their distributors / partners / vendors b) help with customer loyalty (since companies need to defend their existing revenue base)

Cost Relevance - a) (if you are in IT) see if you can help move to a more cost effective platform for IT applications including even basic services like email, data storage, phones etc.
b) figure out any redundancies in specific areas or organizations  that can be consolidated. For example, both sales and marketing teams might be running campaigns. there would surely be cost savings in there.</description>
